Service conditions

How we work

The rules we apply to every service, written so there are no surprises on the day of travel.

Booking and payment

  • A deposit of 10% of the quoted amount is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining balance is due before the service begins.
  • We accept bank transfer and cash.
  • Payments in foreign currency are converted at Colombia's official exchange rate (TRM) on the day the payment is received.
  • Bank details are shared only through our WhatsApp chat, once the service is confirmed. We never publish them or send them through third parties: if you receive payment details through another channel in the name of Binantours, verify them with us before transferring.

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the service begins, with a full refund of the deposit.
  • Within 24 hours of the service, only the deposit is forfeited. The full value of an unperformed service is never charged.
  • Rescheduling is free of charge when requested more than 24 hours in advance, and the deposit carries over to the new service.
  • If we are the ones unable to provide the service, we refund 100 % of what was paid.

Pricing

  • Published prices are “starting from” values and do not constitute a fixed rate.
  • The final price depends on distance, how long the vehicle is needed, the date and the capacity required.
  • High season, public holidays and Carnival carry a different rate.
  • Every quote is provided in writing before any deposit is requested.

Documentation and insurance

  • We operate with a valid FUEC, the document that legalises special transportation in Colombia.
  • We hold contractual and third-party liability insurance policies.
  • All vehicles carry SOAT and an up-to-date technical and mechanical inspection.
  • Service documentation is provided whenever the client or their company requires it.

These conditions are informative and apply to all our services. Any particular agreement is set out in writing in the quote for the corresponding service.
