How much does an airport transfer in Barranquilla cost?

How much is a private van from Barranquilla to Cartagena?
The Barranquilla–Cartagena route starts at COP 1,000,000 in a 19-seat van. The price varies depending on whether it is one-way or round trip, waiting time at the destination, and the date.
Can I rent the van by the hour?
Yes. Hourly availability within the city starts at COP 250,000, driver included. It is the better option when you need several trips on the same day rather than a single transfer.
What determines the final price?
Four factors: the distance of the route, how long you need the vehicle, the date (high season, public holidays and Carnival carry a different rate) and the capacity you require. Every service is quoted individually so you only pay for what you actually use.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and cash. International clients may pay in foreign currency, converted at Colombia's official exchange rate (TRM) on the day of payment. Bank details are shared over WhatsApp once the service is confirmed.
How much deposit do I need to book?
Just 10% of the quoted amount, considerably less than the industry norm. The balance is due before the service begins.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the service and the deposit is fully refunded. Within 24 hours only the deposit is forfeited, never the full amount. And if you simply need to move the date, rescheduling is free with more than 24 hours' notice.
Does the service include FUEC and insurance?
Yes. We operate with a valid FUEC (Colombia's mandatory special-transport contract document), contractual and third-party liability insurance, SOAT and an up-to-date technical and mechanical inspection. Service documentation is provided whenever your company requires it.
How many passengers can you carry?
We own a 19-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van, and through partner operators we cover groups from 5 to 40 passengers.
Do you travel to cities outside Atlántico?
Yes. We provide intercity transportation to Cartagena, Santa Marta and other cities in Colombia, for groups, families and companies.
How do I request a quote?
Over WhatsApp. Tell us your pickup point, destination, date, purpose and how many people are travelling, and we reply with a concrete quote. You can also fill in the form on this site, which writes that message for you.
